Every purchase lives in My Library with a download link and a Read button. If a title is missing, check Order history — access unlocks when the order reaches completed.

A download link looks different every time

WooCommerce issues a fresh, time-limited link for every download request. That is deliberate: the original file is stored outside the web root, so the only way to fetch it is through a link tied to your account.

Digital access is released once payment clears. Bank transfers and some methods can take a business day. Your order history shows the exact status, and refreshing the library will pick it up.

I cannot sign in

Accounts are matched by email address, so the address you checked out with is the one that holds your library. Passwords can be reset from the sign-in page.

How to get through a manual

These books are SOP collections, not bedtime reading. A few habits make them stick.

Implement one procedure fully

Pick a single SOP and run it twice before opening the next section. Depth beats coverage.

Write the process down

A procedure you cannot find again is a procedure you do not have. Copy each one into your own docs as you go.

Come back with a question

If a procedure breaks, note what broke and why. That list is the most valuable thing you will take out of the book.
